To protect the floor of your vehicle from impacts and to create a solid base for any shelving, we make robust floor plates from marine plywood or almond aluminium.
The perimeter of the floor is made by precisely following the shape of the load compartment, making it just tight enough to limit its movement and avoiding the use of glue. In this way, installation is done by simply placing the panels on the floor of the van, simplifying eventual removal even for larger vehicles that are made up of several panels joined together with screws.
The floor panels are installed by simply placing them on the floor of the van.
The most widely used material is undoubtedly birch plywood, consisting of 9 sheets with a total thickness of 12 mm. The walking layer is treated with phenolic resins that make it water-resistant. The density of the resin applied is 220 g/m2, guaranteeing a very high quality product. In addition to having excellent mechanical strength and durability, it has a non-slip surface that guarantees safe movement inside the vehicle.
In the vicinity of the load compartment entrances, i.e. the areas most prone to impact, the floor is reinforced with special aluminium edges.
In order to increase load security, we make multilayer wooden decks with special recesses for aluminium load securing bars.
These profiles can be installed either longitudinally or transversely, as required, allowing the movement of the transported material to be limited and thus achieving a tidier and safer transport.
To accommodate the load hooks on the bottom of the load compartment, we use special plastic or stainless steel cups as required.
These elements are manufactured in such a way that the closed hook remains below the floor level, so that it does not represent an obstacle to handling operations.
For greater solidity, which is necessary when particularly heavy and frequent loads are expected, alufoil alufoil is used, obtained from a single sheet of 2 + 2 mm thickness with a non-slip surface coating.
This can be coupled with a 12 mm marine softwood sub-floor for greater deformation resistance, maintaining perfect flatness despite continuous loads.
Again, the sides that are particularly exposed to the various ups and downs of the operators are protected by aluminium edgings fixed directly to the conifer.
In order to ensure protection against accidents, we use different profiles on the almond aluminium floors that are fixed directly to the floor surface.
